Originally developed by Dogfish Head, a Randall is a device used to add hop flavor to beer directly before it enters the glass. They refer to it as an “organoleptic hop transducer module“… In short, the beer leaves the keg, flows through the hops, and then out of the tap. In our experience, it creates an intensely hopped beer unlike anything produced using other hopping methods.
With a little elbow grease, you can build your own.
