Munich Helles

Malty, less hopped pilsner than Bohemian style from the great Bavarian city of Munich Germany. Malty-sweet flavor from Munich malt is distinctive mark of this style.

Profile

Slightly sweet, malty profile. Grain and malt flavors dominate. Low bitterness and hop aroma. Very slight hop flavor OK. Medium yellow to pale gold color. No fruity esters or diacetyl perception.

German noble hops. Munich Malt. Pilsner malt and pilsner yeast. Moderate carbonate water.
