75% corn

This recipe should just fit in a standard 15.% keggle.

  1. Bring 11-14 gallons of water to boil. Stir in corn and turn off heat to keep from burning. Check the PH. The corn will bring it down, but add citric acid if needed to achieve 5.6-6.5.
  2. Let cool to 190 and add HTL. Allow to cool. Should be fully converted by time it reaches 155.
  3. At 155, 155 add grains and amylo.
  4. When drops below 100 add glycoamylo (to clean up dextrine), yeast, and nutrient.
